- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We operate a direct-to-consumer model. All products are dispatched directly from our proprietary warehouse in León, Mexico.
Regional Scope: We provide international shipping exclusively to the European region.
Customs and Duties (DDP): For customers within the European Union, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable import VAT and customs duties are included in the final purchase price at checkout. No additional fees will be collected upon delivery.
Processing & Transit: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is estimated within 5 to 10 business days following dispatch. Please note that transit times are estimates; while we strive for prompt delivery, actual arrival dates may vary due to customs processing or carrier-specific factors beyond our control.
- TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with Hanna Tools Mexico, S.A. de C.V. until the items are physically received by the consumer or a designated third party. Ownership is transferred upon successful delivery to the destination address provided during checkout. - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN POLICY)
For customers located within the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@fixeasykit.com. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that the consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective.
- DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
We maintain rigorous quality control standards. If you receive an item with functional irregularities:

Upon verification, we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Note: We reserve the right to request the return of the item for inspection at our discretion prior to issuing a final resolution.
