  1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
    In compliance with European Union regulations, customers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return under this right, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The 14-day period begins from the date the physical product is delivered to the customer or a designated third party.

  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics Transparency
    We partner with premium international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services, to ensure reliable delivery to Europe.

Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days following dispatch.

Tracking Notifications: Automated status updates will be sent to your registered email address at key milestones: upon order dispatch, arrival at regional transit hubs, and when the item is out for local delivery.

Delivery Issues: If your order exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Depending on the investigation’s outcome, we will provide a full refund or a replacement shipment.

  1. Damaged or Defective Goods
    If you receive a product that is damaged or functionally defective, please contact our support team at support@fixeasykit.com within 14 days of receipt.

Customers must provide photographic evidence of the damage/defect via email.

Upon verification, we will process a full refund or issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Note: There is no requirement to return the damaged item once the evidence is verified.

    For standard returns (Right of Withdrawal), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns must be sent to our headquarters and warehouse facility in Mexico:
